By signing up as an affiliate with Hana & Co Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
- You must be a wedding coordinator, planner, or professional involved in the wedding industry.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
Affiliate Approval
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Affiliate Code & Tracking
- You will receive a unique referral code upon acceptance.
- Referrals are tracked via purchases with code usage. Please make sure your couples will use the code upon purchase.
Commissions
- You earn 10% commission on purchases made via your affiliate code.
- Commissions are paid out monthly via GCash, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
- A minimum payout threshold of ₱500 must be reached.
Promotion Guidelines
- Affiliates must not make false claims or misrepresent the brand.
- No spammy practices or unethical marketing is allowed.
Termination
- We may terminate your affiliate status at any time for violation of terms or misuse of codes.
- You may cancel your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
Modifications
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of earnings resulting from affiliate participation.
